QUANTITY: 10,000 MT For trial order followed by up 50,000 MT

DURATION OF THE CONTRACT: 12 MONTHS WITH EXTENSION

TERMS OF DELIVERY: Shipments begin 30 days after LC is
confirmed.
DELIVERY TIME: Monthly
PORT OF DESTINATION: (Buyer’s Option)
PAYMENT TERMS:
The buyer must issue an irrevocable letter of credit (LC),(DLC) nontransferable
and confirmed without conditions. Payment against
shipping documentation.
PERFORMANCE BOND:
2% PB will be issued after receipt upon DLC
